Booking & scheduling

Appointments are booked online through our scheduling provider or by phone. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

SMS consent & messaging terms

By opting in, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Mad Dog Auto Detailing at +19714446575 to the mobile number you provide. Marketing messages may include discount codes, special deals, or promotions of our products/services.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, up to 4 marketing text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Mad Dog Auto Detailing Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Program name: Mad Dog Auto Detailing Text Offers. You opt in by checking "Yes" on our text message consent form at maddogdetails.com/consent and submitting it.
2. The messaging program consists of promotional offers or discounts and promotions of our products/services. Marketing messages may include discount codes, special deals, or promotions of our products/services.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages, or to 971-444-6575. After you send STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at Maddogdetails@gmail.com or call 971-444-6575.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and data rates may apply. This applies to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, up to 4 marketing text messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Pricing

Prices shown are starting points. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition, including excessive pet hair, heavy staining or other conditions discovered on site. We'll discuss any changes with you before starting extra work.

Service location

We are a mobile service. Please make sure we have safe access to your vehicle and permission to work at the service location. Some services may require access to water or power — we'll let you know ahead of time.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle or for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects such as failing clear coat, loose trim or worn interiors.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we'll work with you to make it right.
